Select
the object from a filter list.

Click
on «View Form» or directly on the
object’s hyperlink.
The properties form appears, and the configurations types (documents list, As Designed, etc.) are accessible through the tabs.
For example: Click on the tab « folders»,
If several configurations already exist for this object, a dropdown list shows the existing configuration types. If the type you want to create is not in the list, click on «Create».
If no configurations exist for the object, the possible configuration types for the object are displayed in the dropdown list.
The configurations can be
displayed in different ways:

Select
the configuration, the filter, and the level to which you want to expand the
tree structure. Click on the blue arrow button 
to display the configuration. Graphic Mode
offers a pictorial display of the tree.
Standard : default display
Click on this icon to display
the configuration
Simplified: like the standard display, shows
the links with their properties, but without the pinned column.
Click on this icon to display the
configuration
Graphic: displays only the configuration
breakdown, without the properties links.
