You have the possibility to subscribe to a filter (instead of individual documents), to be periodically informed of the new or modified documents. The notifications are sent by email.

There are 2 types of notifications :

        « Without attachments » : a mail is sent to all the subscirpted users, without attachments.

        « With attachments »  A mail is sent to all the subsripted users, with an xls file containing the desxcription of the documents.
