From a document properties window, you can navigate to the previous/next document by using the navigation buttons.

 

You can access the other information of the document with the tabs on the top of the form .

 

 

(the tabs can differ in function of the system configuration)

 View the properties of the document

 

 View the files related to the document.

 

 View the configurations for this document

 

 View the configurations that use the document

 

 View previous versions of the document

 

As long as you have the appropriate access rights you can modify properties, view and work with configurations, view and modify related files, etc.
