The centralized print function is used for creating a print request for files from one or more technical objects to the archives. A print task is sent to a server that manages print requests, particularly for large formats.

The print task concerns either the file(s) from the object selected only – printing the document , or all the files from the objects contained in the nomenclature of the object selected – printing a folder.
