You can obtain a detailed overview of a process by viewing the process diagram and examining details for each node as desired.

 

o   Click on the name of a package from the list. The summary is displayed.

o   Click on «View Process».

 

 

The process flow chart is shown in the lower pane. In the upper left pane you can select radio buttons for «Active», «Archived» or «Process» nodes.

 

For our example, select

 

On the left (performed)	On the right è summary of the task selected
The “Validation” task	è view form, è work form, è participants

 

 

 

All the stages must be completed before moving on to the next task.

 

By moving the cursor over the diagram, you can highlight the different tasks and display the help bubbles.

 

       Zoom and Pan functions

By moving your cursor around the diagram, you focus on the different tasks and pop up help «bubbles».

You can also right-click on a task to access the «Zoom» and «Pan» functions

 

Zoom in	Right-click on an activity or a section of the package and select «Zoom in» (step by step.)
Zoom out	Right-click on an activity or a section of the package and select «Zoom out» (step by step.)
Extend (full screen)	Press Ctrl+X, or right-click and select «Extend»
Zoom Center (Center the whole package on the object at the cursor)	Click on the object and press «C» or right-click and select «Zoom Center»
Zoom Object (Zoom in on the selected object).	Click on the object and press «Z» or right-click and select «Zoom Object»
