To view the list of related files for a document
o
Select
the object from a list or from a configuration display,
o Click on «View form» or directly click on the
hypertext link (<Displayed name> column) of the document
name.

The properties of the document are displayed. o Select «Related Files», The list of related files is displayed. |

Depending on the file type, there are two ways you can view the files:

View All Files = Opens the Lascom AEC Viewer to display the file. View selected files: Opens the Lascom
AEC Viewer to display the file Open File = Opens the file in a browser window (or invokes the browsers Open command). Download = Saves the file on your disc Add Files = Adds a file to the list Distribute = Distributes the file to other users Remove = Removes the selected file from the list |

If you select « open in another window » checkbox, every file will be opened in a separate window. If not selected, all files will be opened in the same window, one after the other.
If the file is compatible with Lascom AEC viewer, it is automatically displayed.
