An obsolete delegation, even if the dates are still valid, is not taken into account by Lascom AEC 2012. Marking a delegation as obsolete may be useful, for example, if the user returns before the end of his delegation and he wishes to take his tasks back or or if a user does not want to use a delegation on a project.

Multiple lines can be selected.

o   Select one of the persons from the delegation list

o   Click on “Mark obsolete”

The delegation is removed from the list and you can find it using <See obsolete values>
