With this module, you can manage delegations:

       Limited in time: anticipate the absence of a user by assigning its upcoming tasks to another user. All the tasks that have not yet been assigned will be delegated to its replacer, even if the workflow is in progress

       Permanent, for delegation of authority, automatically delegate tasks linked.

For example: to a project, delegate the tasks created from Task Manager module according to their type.

 

Cascade of delegations:

A user A delegates his tasks to a user B. B already has delegated his tasks to a user C. User C will then be assigned to both user A and B tasks.

Delegation is not a replacement for reassigning.

 

The two functions are complementary to each other. The delegation function foresees replacements, for example, the holidays of a user, whereas reassigning allows the correction of a blocked situation, for example in the case of the unforeseen absence of a user assigned to an urgent process.
