Functionality available to administrators or users with delegation access right.

 

o Click on the username in the top right corner, a menu appears

 

o Click on « Delegation »

 

The window displays the list of all active delegation for the current user:

 

 

If no delegation is active, «No data »is displayed.

 

From here, the user may therefore decide to:

       Delegate tasks (create),

       Search for delegations in which he/she is a replacement,

       View his former delegations which are not anymore applicable.

 

With the required rights, the user accesses the search function that allows him to find the delegations of any user and not only those relating to himself.
