You can modify the criteria of your personal filters. For example, you may want to add a condition to further restrict the filter criteria.
Note Only administrators have the right to modify public filters

Select the document type. The list of filters for the document type appears o
Click on the checkbox next to the filter you want to modify. o
Click on «Edit Filter. » /
« Edit » The properties of the document type are displayed showing the current filter criteria. |

Modify the search criteria as desired.
You may rename the filter if you want to save it as a new filter.

Click
on «Save. »
You can delete a private filter you have created that you no longer need.
Note You cannot delete a public filter unless you have the appropriate access rights.

Select the document type. A list of filters for the object type appears. o
Click on the checkbox next to the filter you want to delete. o
Click on «Delete » |

A message appears. In the confirmation dialog, click on «OK» to delete the filter. |
