*       To modify a Filter

You can modify the criteria of your personal filters. For example, you may want to add a condition to further restrict the filter criteria.

 

Note Only administrators have the right to modify public filters

 

o   Select the document type.

The list of filters for the document type appears

o   Click on the checkbox next to the filter you want to modify.

o   Click on «Edit Filter. » / « Edit »

 

The properties of the document type are displayed showing the current filter criteria.

 

 

Modify the search criteria as desired.

You may rename the filter if you want to save it as a new filter.

o   Click on «Save. »

 

*       To delete a Filter

 

You can delete a private filter you have created that you no longer need.

 

Note You cannot delete a public filter unless you have the appropriate access rights.

 

o   Select the document type.

 

A list of filters for the object type appears.

 

o   Click on the checkbox next to the filter you want to delete.

o   Click on «Delete »

 

 

A message appears.

 

In the confirmation dialog, click on «OK» to delete the filter.
