This function allows an administrator (or any authorized user) to reassign one or several participants to a process step, in the event the previous assignee(s) is (are) no longer available for that task.
For this, the administrator has access to a report that provides access to all the active workflow packages.
By default, this report is initialized with the last user inputs.
Note: this function is independent from the Delegation module.

The 2 functionalities are complementary. Delegation anticipates the replacements (in case of holiday for instance); whereas Reassignment is useful to fix a situation, when a task already has been assigned to someone who is unavailable.
