The «Workflow Audit Trail» report offers an administrator (or any user with adequate access rights) an overview of packages in the system. Using filters, you can display a report focused on specific packages, on the participants in a specific task, on the status of that task, etc.

This report is an optional module, and as such it is not covered by Lascom AEC standard offer.

Prerequisites

Version The report requires Lascom AEC version 8.00.2.29 or later.

       Setting parameters

Please load the file «Workflow Audit Trail Report.xml» provided to you. It is located in the Reports folder along with the standard printable reports.

Administrators can filter the data they wish to follow up

o   Click on

       Data can be filtered by:

       User(s): Display packages they created or those in which they have completed a task.

       Package type(s): Display the operations which had an impact on them.

       Date or period: audit over a time period.

Filters are cumulative to ensure that you will obtain the most accurate results.

The results screen is displayed, showing:

       The number of packages matching the search criteria.

       Their names.
