Any participant can claim a task to complete it, unless the package is locked by another particpant.

Started

The participant has started the task, but not yet completed it.

Not started

The task has not been started.

Removed

The task has been claimed by another participant, therefore the user is not assigned anymore.

Finished

The task is completed.
