All recipients of a validation request receive an e-mail informing them of this request. The message contains the request header, its instructions and the list of documents. The body of the message also contains a hypertext link for the recipient to connect to Lascom AEC in order to directly access the validation request properties.
Once all the direct recipients have validated or rejected the validation request, all the recipients receive an e-mail informing them that the validation request has been approved or rejected. The body of the message contains the request header and instructions and also provides a hypertext link to the validation request, so that the sender can browse any comments that may have been made by the recipients, and the decision made by each of them. Documents sent for validation are then assigned the status corresponding to the final decision (validated/rejected).
