Managing related files

 

View all files = Displays a dialogue box for you to select the file to be opened for viewing.

Open File = To view the file

Download = For copying the previously selected file from the list to your workstation

Add File = For adding a new file to your object

Remove = For deleting the previously selected file from the list

Distribute = For sending (distributing) one or more documents from your repository to a given number of recipients or user group

Send in validation = For validating the document

 

You can add links from an object to related files, if this type of relation is defined for the object

in the application. Related files may include both document folders and individual files.

 

If the object can have related files, the “Attachments” button will appear when you view the properties of the object.
