In the export dialog, check the objects to be exported. o
To select all the objects, click on the double selected box in the
list header. To deselect all the objects, click on the double empty checkbox. |

Choose
your export options. You can either check options for each object (one at a
time), or make multiple choices using the checkboxes in the header of each
column.
With Configurations = Tick this box to include the
configuration(s). You can also include child objects down to several levels.
With Items = Tick this box to include the objects
of the configuration(s).
Multi-Level = Tick this box to include multiple
configuration levels.
With History = Tick this box to include the history
of the object.

Choose
a name for the export file.
o
If
the export is to another Lascom AEC installation, check «With hidden
properties»
If not, leave this option unselected.

Click
on «Browse» to choose a destination
folder.
o
Click
on «Export”
For mass data exports, it
is possible to run it in asynchronous mode: the export is executed on the
server, than the result is sent by a workflow when finished.
