These are packages that have been created and saved, but not yet submitted to a process.   As long as you are the creator or owner, you can inspect drafts and, if necessary, edit them. The predefined filter  s private”, and is available for each of the workflow templates  in the mailbox.

o   Click on / «All processes» / « Drafts  » to display them

 

 

o   Select a package and click on «Summary»

 

The draft is displayed.

View form To view the customized content of the workflow package.

 

Work Form The information displayed in the form vary with the type of package

 

View Process To view the workflow design and the sequence of activities.

 

Attachments To manage the attachments of the workflow : add or remove files, folders, etc.
