Display of mailbox / workflows templates

Once the workflows have been created, they can always be found in the folder  and in a Folder with the name of the workflow template, for instance «Documents approval», etc.

There is one folder for each template visible by the current user.

You have access to various functionalities for all the workflows that you have created or for those that you supervise.

The workflow packages can be accessed through the following pre-defined filters:

Workflow activities that you receive as a participant. You can view both « Started » and « Not started » tasks.

Assigned activities that have not been started yet.

Workflows that you have created, and that are “In progress”.

Workflows for which you are defined as « Owner », and for which you have Administration rights. Their status is « In progress ».

Workflows that have been created and saved, but not yet sent. Their status is « Unknown ».

Workflows that have been completed. Their status is « Approved ».

One individual user can be both creator and owner of a package. The owner of a package is not necessarily the same person as its creator. It may be a different user or even a user group

As creator or owner of a package, you have the right to access its history and current status. You may also display details of all activities specific to the package.

*       The following list describes the actions you can carry out within a package:

*       Navigate through all the tasks (nodes) of the package

*       In the case of a package in progress, find out what tasks have been completed

*       Identify all users who have worked on the package, when they worked on it, and with what results

*       Display and, if necessary, modify package attachments

*       Display and, if necessary, edit process forms

*       Break the lock on a package

*       Abort a package in progress, or delete a package entirely from the system
