These are opinions requests folders you have received, but not yet worked on.

 

o   Click on «Mail box» / « opinion requests » / « Current ».

 

 

o   Click on  the opinion requests:

 

 

o   Click on  “reply”

 

The folder from « Current »:  It is then moved to « Archived »

 

Click on the object link to see the opinion requests form.

 

When “mark as read” the form, the folder disappears from « Current » and is moved to « Read ».

 

 

To remove the folder from « Current » It is then moved to « Archived »

ou can indicate that you already have opened the folder. Its icon then changes from  to  .
