Click on the object link to see the validation form. |

When validating the form, the folder disappears from « Current » and is moved to « Validated ». The associated symbol

You can refuse a document
sent from approval. The folder then appears with this symbol: |

|
To remove the folder from « Current » or « Refused ». It is then moved to « Archived » |

|
You can indicate that you
already have opened the validation folder. Its icon then changes from |
