The Tabs at the top of the screen allow access to often-used functions:

 

Advanced search access to the advanced search functionalities: Easy Search, Smart Views, Multi-Class Search, XSearch

 

Vault Allows management of working items, custom spaces, advanced searches. Objects are displayed by categories: products, reference documents, package templates, changes traceability, project management, reports... (Along with “MailBox,” it is the most-used tab).

Customs Spaces To create personal spaces to store favorites documents, filters, etc. the export functionality is available from this area.

 

MailBox Workflows assigned to you appear in this tab. Your general assignments and specific tasks are displayed here. You can launch workflows to which you have access and monitor the progress of ongoing workflows under your ownership. You also have access to your distributions and subscriptions and you can edit those you created

 

Reports If you have the proper access rights, you can create reports that display or manipulate the data managed by Lascom AEC. Reports can include information on connexions, projects, audit trail and workflow audit trail

 

Administration Only administrators have access rights to this tab. They can access system information, track packages, view details on active packages and edit resources, should these apply to individual users or user groups. They may also manage network printing and set parameters for full text searches.
