Users with administrative rights may edit the system default layouts and set public default layouts for all users

o   Select «Settings», then «Layouts».

Select the type of layout object whose display you want to customize from the dropdown list (s).

From the Available Layouts list, select the layout you want to customize from the System

Defaults section.

To edit the layout, check the box «Edit Default Layout.»

This box does not appear if you do not have administrative rights. Checking the box locks the layout and ensures it cannot be edited by another user at the same time.

To set the layout as the new default, click on «Set As Current.»

If a system default layout is being edited by another user with administrative privileges, the layout will be locked.

To check the lock status of a layout, click on the «Show Lock Info» button. You can break the lock on a layout by clicking on «Break Lock

o   Click on «Save» to confirm all your settings
