Depending on what type they are, attachments may or may not be able to be viewed by other participants and may or may not be extracted from or annotated in the Lascom AEC Viewer

Add Folder Used for creating folders containing one or more files intended for attachment to a process

Add File Used for adding a file to a process

Add URL Used for adding a URL link au process

Add Vault Link Used for creating links to objects in the repository

You can add to the process links to repository documents. This way, all the files related to the repository object will also be attached to the process.

By attaching documents from the repository, you can choose the way in which you want the history to be kept by defining the link category. The related files can be extracted and edited or annotated, as required, if the link allows this.
